DESCRIPTION
Cold galvanising aerosol with high zinc content, recommended for a long-lasting protection of all ferrous metal or alloy elements.
Gives constant thickness galvanising, with a smooth.
Film gives an exceptionally high quality finish.
Cold galvanising aerosol ZN METAL iBiotec resists temperatures of 550°C with no deterioration. This property allows it to be used for any application, on surfaces subject to very high temperatures. In addition, the resulting coating can be welded (not under argon).

This cold galvanising aerosol offers many advantages:
 - 100% galvanic protection, with redox reaction.
 - Protection against both thermal and chemical corrosion.
 - Film applied without runs, without overthickness, and does not deteriorate when applied on screw assemblies.
 - High covering power, quick dust-dry, facilitating application on all types of site.
 - Perfect finish.
 - When fully cured (24 hours at 25°C), it can be painted with any type of paint.
 - No need to purge the aerosol after use.

This galvaniser provides a multi-function action, for the protection of all galvanised metals, after mechanical reworking or welding, and also prevents corrosion and oxidation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Unstick the ball in the aerosol and shake vigorously up and down. Spray the surfaces treated from a distance of 15 to 20 cm, do not apply excessive thickness, cross the passes if necessary. Do not spray from greater distances as this may affect adhesion. The zinc particles must be chemically linked to the iron atoms in order to give a very low oxidation rate, which is the principle of galvanising. The surfaces treated must be carefully prepared to obtain long-lasting protection. The surfaces treated must therefore be degreased, clean, dry and with no trace of rust or scale. Clean with a wire brush or rub down with emery cloth, if necessary. The aerosol may be used in any position. Do not purge the aerosol after use.

Recommendation: store the aerosols laid flat. Much less shaking time will be required.
